The sign on door said Saturday close 7pm. Was there at 550pm and the sidewalk billboard was up against the door. If there were signs of life inside, I couldn't see them. Added a star for owner outreach and given that I can't rate service or products.

The customer service from the time you buy to the time the mattress is delivered is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful every step of the way. I will be recommending Snooze to all my friends and family. I came here because of the 5 star reviews and now I’m leaving one myself. Thank you!

After a month of looking at mattresses we finally decided on a seally mattress. Prentice only help solidify our choice with his kindness and helpfulness that he gave us. As this mattress is the first big purchase we have made we really appreciated his help and the gentleman who we talked to the first time. We went in and did the dream mapping which helped us determine what mattress we needed. Both gentlemen were super knowledgeable about all the product in the store. Which helped us not feel overwhelmed in this selection. We would definitely recommend snooze to anyone looking for a mattress. From their staff to their options the experience was top notch!

My wife and I went to see about buying a new bed at this location with our two children. We were interested in looking at a split king with adjustable bases. We spoke with Anna and Emily. Anna was the main associate who helped us with looking at beds. Each of us were able to get a specific base and mattress that met our needs. We were extremely impressed by the Anna's knowledge and customer service. We were able to shop and feel the different mattresses with no pressure and she was simply there to answer questions as needed. I can't say enough how wonderful our experience was. Thanks so much Anna and Emily! I would recommend this location and associates to anyone looking for a good bed at a reasonable price.
