Friendly staff. Very helpful. We discovered that the DMV no longer does practical driving exams! You have to schedule one with a third party driving school. Nowhere did I see that on their website. My son could have received his license weeks ago.
Awesome experience! The government has obviously worked HARD on improving the DMV and it shows! We set an appointment online and were seen BEFORE our appointment time! I needed to sit while at the desk due to a medical issue -- the clerk himself got out of his own chair and pulled a chair up to the desk for me. WOW! Plus all the other workers were polite! How pleasant! On top of all that, we were done in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!
I just had the BEST experience I have ever had at any DMV I have ever been to. Make sure you make an appointment, I was able to get in the next day. The women that greet you as you walk in were very friendly and checked me in immediately. I was called almost as soon as I sat down. Melissa helped me renew my license and was such a pleasure! I know this location gets alot of bad reviews, but my experience was AMAZING!!
I am so thankful! I turned 21 today but had my appointment for my new ID last week. Jody was so so kind and let me come back today so I could still enjoy my birthday!! So so grateful today!
After 8 visits to the DMV, each visit was a different story, different papers I would need. They even told me I was here illegally, although I had a current, valid passport. FINALLY, on March 31, I was able to obtain my driver license in Colorado.
Robert helped complete the entire process in one day.. He was patient, kind and extremely helpful.. His customer service is what we would hope for in our public offices.
During this little Covid journey, I spent $400, proving I was a US citizen and in this country legally.
