(September 17, 2019, 11:19 am)The employees at Parkmoor Village are some of the most amazing people at any establishment. They treated me like gold, like I was important and like I mattered. At the punch of the call button they came running to get me what I wanted. What I especially enjoyed was the fact that it did not matter what position they were in, no job was too “low” for them. If I needed water, the person that happened to be in my room, of in the hall, would get it for me (administrator, director, nurse, CNA).
There were some down points, as there are in any business but none of them dropped below a 4.

The staff, CNAs, nurses, and doctors, they're all great and they are very kind, they help you with everything that you need. The food is great and if you don't like the food you can order whatever you like. There is an exercise room and many activities, if you don't like to exercise. You will like Parkmoor,
the other places out there you don't want to even try them. you'll like Parkmoor Village Healthcare Center.
I signed myself into Parkmoor, and I like it very much. -

(February 7, 2019, 1:23 pm)Parkmoor is a great place. The staff truly care about the residents. When you walk into Parkmoor, you walk into a positive environment. The administrator takes time to speak with residents about concerns, I have never seen any other administrator do that, in my experience. The nursing team is always focused on person-centered care. There are consistent assignments for the CNAs to ensure that the residents are assisted with their natural daily routine every day. Dietary continues to provide amazing meals for the residents, and they work with the residents to discover what foods the residents actually like. Activities goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are in a home-like environment, while providing multiple activities in a day! Maintenance is always on top of any issue, the moment something is reported to them, they are quick to respond. The administrative team, as a whole, works together very well; they are always focused on what is best for the residents and for the employees. Parkmoor is a unique and caring facility.
