If you take everything you need and factor that there is always some kind of wait the experience at this place isn't bad. Had visited 2x in one week and everyone was cool that I had to work with.

Honestly it wasnt there fault I had to do some leg work bc my title was missed up from multiple sellers.

Wasn't informed I needed an appointment. It took an hour or so on hold before I was able to book the appointment. Couldn't renew online. Couldn't renew by phone.
I should be able to take a picture of my insurance proof and upload it. Now I have to wait a week to be seen
Bad management. Not customer friendly!

This place is actually efficient! Plenty of employees to keep the wait as short as possible. TIP: If you are coming from out of state and you have switched your insurance coverage, be sure your new insurance has COLORADO on it, and not your old state. Mine did not. It was an oversight by my insurer and I had to get it fixed there on the spot in order to get my new tag. My experience was positive and I appreciate the patience exhibited by the staff while I worked things out with my insurance company.

Was actually really fast for us I was surprised for how many people was waiting. Great customer service Mike G. was fast and nice. Thank you.
