(October 9, 2020, 1:51 pm)I've been bothering this particular post office location for the past week and a half in regards to a faulty tracking number provided to me by my phone insurance company - regardless of my constant pestering, Jamal (the employee over at this branch) has been more than understanding and professional in helping me.
This morning, the postal carrier wrongly delivered one of my packages to another parcel locker; I called into the branch and Jamal assured me the carrier would return and fix the error - to my pleasant surprise, the carrier promptly returned to the cluster mailbox and placed my package in the correct locker. Thank you for that! -
