  Had a chance to walk a thorough tour of the amenities and meet the staff. Jeremiah keeps the place pristine from the beginning to end. Pool looks perfectly clear, walkways are all clean. Becky knows her stuff and manages the crew to high standards!

  This is a nice place to live. The apartments are beautiful, the view of the mountains are lovely and the staff is amazing! They show genuine interest in their residents and the maintenence team was always quick to respond and solve any issues we had.
  
  I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to live close to many entertainment venues, restaurants and shops,
  while still being hidden away from the excess traffic and noise. Most importantly, it is a safe place for families.

  Solid place to live. Quiet, but did the beaten path but still in the mix. The kicker for me are the views and that’s why I’ve renewed my lease with Falconview. The people who work here are super friendly, and Jeff the maintenance man is great. Super friendly and engaging and is always eager to say hi and pet my pup when we are walking around. I always see him cleaning up something and I’m thankful we have him here.

  The photos speak for themselves; FalconView is a beautiful property with spectacular views. What the photos don’t show is the professional, caring, and very friendly staff that makes FalconView such a nice place to call home. They take the time to get to know you in order to understand what you are looking for in apartment living. They are more interested in finding your perfect fit rather than merely filling a vacancy. The leasing office has a warm and welcoming feeling, and the staff strives to create a sense of community. They do a great job of communicating events and happenings in and around the complex. The grounds are clean and very well-kept by a hard-working maintenance team. The one time I did have to call on them, they responded in a timely manner. The complex is pet friendly, and neighbors are friendly and respectful of one another. After touring many properties, I believe FalconView is the best of the best.

  My husband and I are a military couple and we recently moved in January 2022. It is sort of far from Fort Carson (where my husband work) “25mins” but it’s so worth it! The place is very spacious and dog friendly plus I love that it is gated!!! The rental office workers are super nice and always willing to help if needed! Coming from Hawaii (Oahu) the rent is a lot cheaper lol. We used to pay over 3k for rent. Now we are paying around $2100 (special deal) for a 2bd 2bth, garage, and pet fee.
  
  I looove the pet washing station and they supply the shampoo and conditioner with a blow dryer which is so convenient!!! So far we are loving this place and thank you so much for everything!

Ive been here since August 2020 and I havent had much issue and theres a lot of nice things about these apartments. They look great but there are some underlying issues that need to be addressed.EDIT- I said I would revisit this review once the problem was taken care of so here is the new review.I had some major leaking whenever it would rain and it took longer than I hoped to get fixed.
