Caliber collision on Copper Center Parkway, Colorado Springs, is absolutely amazing! Kelly the one who comes out and does an estimate on your car when you go there is like family! They have done work for me on three occasions and this is the third! I will never go to anyone but them because they tell you like it is, they don’t lie they let you know how much it’s going to be they also help you if you can’t afford it by sending you to somebody you can afford that have a good name, they just don’t get any better than caliber collision on Copper Center, Parkway! Amazing customer service! We took our car in last March for repairs after a run in with a boulder. The staff was extremely compassionate, caring, and did an amazing job of communicating the process and timeline.

We we're updated almost daily with the progress and estimated time of completion.

Fast forward 9 months later, our horn went out. I called to have it fixed under the warranty. Without a question they told me to bring it in, replaced the horn in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way.
