Forza Pilates

Been coming to this studio for 2 years and have loved the traditional pilates you get! It's a small business, family feel and very welcoming!

I love Forza Pilates. I signed up for the unlimited monthly program after trying out a free week at their studio. All the instructors are wonderful -- personable, creative, and encouraging. At Forza, I can do Pilates almost everyday at an affordable price. The gains I have made in strength, flexibility and mobility from daily practice are incredible. The mixed equipment classes gets me moving on the reformer, chair and tower all in one class. No extra fees for a chair class. I love that all the instructors choreograph different and challenging combinations of pilates routines for each of their classes, it is never repetitive or boring. I started out on classical pilates equipment at another location, the change to balanced body equipment has not been a problem. I no longer need to adjust the length of the handles on the reformer before each class (it is automatically adjusted on this equipment) and that the foot bar is locked in (feels a lot safer). I encourage anyone interested in Pilates to try classes with Kathleen, Melissa, Julie and Tyler. I am sure you will want to join Forza Pilates like I did.

I am so impressed with how this class TRULY worked my entire body, where I felt it the next day, too! This is the first Pilates class that I can emphatically say I need to go back!!
