  This is by far the best chiropractic care I have ever had. They are so thorough and patient with everyone! They really get to the root of the problem and not just do some quick fix and get you out the door. I highly recommend Powers Chiropractic to anyone that wants to live healthier!

  I dislocated the cuboid (foot bone) years ago rock climbing and it doesn't want to heal. It was out so bad this time i couldn't stand for more than 10 minutes and was walking hunched over. Also had neck pain and sacral pain. Def needed this adjustment: walked out of the office standing straight, walking easy, no pain, slept like a baby that night.

  I have been going here for about a year. The VA set me up here. I love the tool used to find the Hotspots. It is accurate. The Doctors and staff are also super nice. They know me by name, which is always great.

  I have been seeing Dr. Helland for the past 8yrs. He has helped me immensely through pregnancy, car accidents and regular maintenance. I have been through many Chiropractors over the past 15yrs.
  
  Dr. Helland is a needle in a haystack. He has multiple ways of cracking areas showing strain and heavy inflamation. Focuses only on those areas so my whole spine isn't just being cracked for no reason causing other problems. After my accident, I only needed one adjustment and I was fine. He also checked and adjusted the kiddos.
  
  After my daughters accident his x-rays were more readable than the ones taken at the hospital and with 3 visits my daughter was able to fully recover her strength and movement in her body.
  
  He doesn't pressure you to come regularly, but will advise you what he feels you should do. He allows walk-ins and keeps himself available for them posting and updating his hours online and through texts. Even with raising his prices to accomodate everyones needs, he is still giving a great price compared to many I have seen. Best part.... He doesn't force you in a payment plan to get the help you need.

  Other than being expensive without certain types of deals that my friends' chiropractors have, we are very pleased with Dr Helland and his work. He's friendly, answers questions, and is gentle with my daughter and I as he does manual adjustments. The work itself has also helped my hip and hand numbness as well as my daughter's back after she fell from a tree over a year ago. For those not yet patients, it might be desirable to know the visits are in private rooms with open doors and they ask you to change into a hospital gown on the top half. The place is always very clean. I love that I can walk in without an appointment.
