I used Pathfinders Properties when I moved out of the area in 2013 due to military commitment. They managed my property for five and a half years with absolutely no issues. They kept me informed of any issues (weather, maintenance, etc.) and responded quickly to any concerns I had during the time they managed my property. Since the tenants were moving out (also due to military commitments), I took the opportunity and used them to sell our home. Again, Russ explained the process and answered every question my wife and I asked. Because they were my property manager, Russ was able to show and sell the house quickly.
