My children have attended The Learning Ladder for about 3 years now. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this business. The owner and her family are kind, and treat you with the upmost respect. My youngest child was always excited to go to daycare and see his friends. My two older children attended for before/after school care, and my children have never been dropped/picked up late. Even on days where the snow was terrible and school buses were cancelled, they did not cancel. If there happens to be any sort of incident, they do not hesitate to contact you right away. The owner has also worked with me during varying incomes and financial situations and has never left me without care. The key is having mutual respect, communication, passion for what you do, love, and honesty... they provide all of the above. Thank you guys!!

There’s a lot of stigma that comes with an in home childcare center but Ms.Tamara does a fantastic job of putting that to rest. Where the children are taught, play, eat, and learn is beyond expectations with the setup. The owner has clearly put in time and money to make it look and feel like a center. They do a fantastic job of making sure the children have structure as well as fun, from the field trips they take during the summer to the time and attention they are given during the school year with help in completing their homework assignments. The environment is clean and safe and provides an excellent space for the children to socialize and grow their minds. My family and I are beyond satisfied with the service that has been provided and are extremely thankful to Ms.Tamara and her family for all their hard work and attention. Not to mention the owner knows her stuff when it comes to children, from having children of her own, a background in the medical field, and numerous certifications from childcare organizations and the state, and is constantly attending classes to build on those and keep up with the ever growing field. They’re nationally accredited (NAFCC) with a 3 diamond rating from Colorado Shines. If you’re looking for childcare, congratulations you’ve found it. But act fast because the slots fill up quickly!
