This year was of course different and not completely for the better. The guy who normally does our taxes is deployed and instead of having someone else complete them, they are continuing to have him do them. Very hard to talk to him about questions we had. Kind of disappointed this year, hopefully next year will be back up to their great service.
*Note: the communication aspect is what changed and we completely understand being deployed. He communicated the best way he could. We are just more face to face and phone people. We still recommend using them!
Went in to file our taxes for the 2020 tax season. They did a great job at getting the taxes done and were thorough in the process. The agent that we were dealing was slightly un-professional at times, but we are a military family so it was nothing that we aren’t used to.
