(May 8, 2020, 1:04 am)This is a great place to live with friendly staff and maintenance crew. No apartment or home will ever be perfect but this is about as good as it gets. 420 Friendly! Also, I live next to Justin Bieber and its absolutely amazing!

(March 2, 2020, 2:47 am)I've lived here over a year and this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! Maintenance is lightning fast, Ashley is amazingly responsive and courteous, and the prices are very reasonable! I don't have to fear that I'm going to be ripped off or anything. Overall the units are quiet (but I think part of that is that I have quiet neighbors because when my downstairs neighbor occasionally watches TV I can hear it very clearly coming up through the chimney, and I can hear the neighbor who I share a bedroom wall with coughing).
I don't think there's such a thing as a truly perfect apartment complex but this one is pretty close. I don't have a single major complaint after over a year and I plan to stay here until I'm ready to buy a house! -

(January 11, 2020, 6:06 am)Excellent experience! Perfect if working near southern Colorado Springs! Very affordable compared to the area. Excellent maintenance services. No nonsense charges or fees. I moved here after bad experiences with Advenir-owned apartments. Very glad I moved! I've since moved out of state but to this day have no regrets.
