Dr. Christin and the staff are all great! Everyone is super friendly and try to go above and beyond whenever they can. They figured out all the insurance stuff I don’t like dealing with and got me scheduled accordingly. Dr. Christin is super friendly and makes each visit enjoyable. She listens to my needs and concerns and talks me through her plan of attack so I can be more involved in the process. Thank you everyone!

I just started seeing Dr Derek at The Spine and Sport Center two weeks ago. I had some tightness in my neck and the middle of my back. Those two issues really kept me from getting a good night's rest and they effected my golf game. On my first appointment I received instant relief on my main two issues. He also asked if I had any other issues and I told him about my ankle. He has adjusted that as well and it feels much better. He is also helping me with stretching that will increase my mobility to help my golf game. I am 100 percent satisfied and every time I leave my appointment I feel amazing. I highly recommend The Sport and Spine Center.

I started seeing Dr. Christin the end of October for tension headaches. It’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t had a headache since. I love that she explains the process and steps with you and is never rushed. She also showed me some stretches to do at home that have really helped. She is so sweet and the staff is very helpful and friendly!

I’ve been going to the Spine and Sports Center since the end of September based on a recommendation from a friend due to pain in my neck, jaw and shoulders. I have been beyond impressed with every member of their team I’ve had the pleasure to interact with. During my initial inquiry intake Becky provided a wealth of information regarding what to expect, hearing my concerns and intentionally pairing me with Dr. Hines as well as being very genuine in accommodating an appointment time so that I wouldn’t have to rush from work. Shelby and Lori at the front desk are always very kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. They are very welcoming and make the check in process so easy. Dr. Derek Hines has been phenomenal. He is incredibly knowledgeable and at every appointment he’s taken the time to help me understand why I’m experiencing the pain as well as what I can do at home to alleviate that and recover quicker. My appointments always feel efficient yet also personable and tailored specifically to my needs. I have felt from the start Dr. Hines and the staff have prioritized helping me to be out of pain and ultimately requiring their services less, which had not been my experience with other Chiropractors in the past. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience of Dr. Hines and the Spine and Sport Center team. I whole-heartedly recommend them. My only regret is that I didn’t go see them sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Conrad over the last 10+ years. He has always worked with me on what was needed and didn’t try to sell me on a “program”. He is honest, conscientious and fun to talk to about sports, video games and movies!! The best part is he is an excellent Chiropractor. He is not the first chiropractor I have been to, but he is the best.
