(March 13, 2020, 5:33 am)The kitchen manger needs to learn how to run a kitchen , if you eat in your room you were lucky to see breakfast at 9:30 , lunch at 3:00 and dinner at 8:pm or later . The food is always cold . The menu changed and no one was informed. If you ordered pancakes and bacon , you got just bacon and the menu circled not available. I wasn’t impressed as you can see. The nursing staff is top notch Rasheeda , and Jen are awesome !! Deanna the overnight nurse is also great. Physical therapy dept is wonderful. All of the therapist are very understanding and accommodating. My favorites were Lester , Matt , Morgan , Amber I know I’m forgetting people but thank you for being patient with me. The CNA staff is great also you push your call light and they are in your room immediately. I wish the “ Healthcare resort” had an indoor pool.

(March 5, 2020, 1:26 pm)The Assisted Living Staff at The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs are warm, caring, knowledgeable, personable, and very professional.
They provided exemplary care with stellar kindness and compassion for our Mother during her stay, often saying she was part of the family.
The staff, from the Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to Administration and the Dining Staff, they were wonderful to deal with. Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists are very skilled and offer a personal plan of care and recovery.
The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs is a beautiful facility with lots of happy faces willing to help and serve. The rooms are very pleasant, clean, bright, airy, and with large windows with nice views.
We would strongly recommend The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs! -
