  I had my car serviced yesterday. Everything went well starting with John Hall my service advisor. He explained everything clearly, and kept an open line of communication.
  I had a very pleasant surprise when I received a quick video of my car being serviced by the technician, Doug Benton. He gave a quick and informative narration of my car's status as it was on the lift. This is a great idea in every way as it establishes a connection between the owner and the technician. Outstanding job to both Doug and John! Thanks very much!

  Just recently purchased a used vehicle through this amazing team! The whole process was super smooth and far from overwhelming! The sales guy who helped us was Josh and he was not a pushy sales guy. He made sure to explain all of the options in my price range very thoroughly and helped me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs! He also ensured that even though it was a used vehicle it was delivered almost new! The tech who worked on the car to prep it for sale (Justin I think his name is) did a great job on ensuring the car met our expectations mechanically. The financial agent we worked with had a cool nickname Moose, he made the finance side painless even with all of the paperwork that comes with purchasing a new car! Thank you Josh, Justin, Moose and the Mercedes Benz team of Durham for your great service!! Highly recommend and would definitely purchase from you guys again in the future!

  My husband and I purchased a brand new Mercedes from Maryann Wrenn this weekend. She was the epitome of true leadership. She was very easy to talk to, and extremely patient! She walked us through numerous scenarios of different vehicles and was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping us choose the right vehicle for us. We truly kept her at work WAY past closing and her dedication to us showed. She and Sara (in the finance department)went above and beyond for us, and we are forever grateful. It felt like a family friend was helping us purchase our car. She’s the best!

  Mercedes-Benz of Durham has been servicing my car for more than 5 years and they have always provided exceptional service. When I'm paying for service I have high expectations that have been met by the service team at MB Durham time and time again. This team goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm kept apprised of any issues found during the service and they provide options to remedy the matter.

  Thank you for everything you and your staff did for me. I was kept informed during the entire process. I had no idea that the states minimum limit for under insured and uninsured insurance wasn't enough to cover all expenses until this hit and run. My main goal was to make sure all medical bills and attorney fees were covered by my insurance company. I wasn't looking for or excepting to get anything in return do to the limited funds. To my surprise I did. You all are amazing. Thank you again.

  I hired McKinney and Associates for a very long and hard divorce. I live out of state so all my contact was done over the phone of by email. But Brett was an amazing lawyer. He fought long and hard for me and we won everything I asked for. Now I can start my life as a single mother of 5 away from all the issues in Colorado.
