Nice, polite, thorough exam for my sick dog. Reasonable prices. Gave me an estimate with some optional tests but explained they were optional only. They are now my dogs vet clinic!

I had an emergency with my dog, I called different vet clinics and hospitals, they all said they couldn't help us because they were full and this clinic, even though it was full, gave me the opportunity to come as a new patient with my little girl. They did x-rays and we managed to diagnose what was happening, they referred me to an Emergency Clinic 24 to perform an emergency operation since it was Friday and late. She is doing amazing and I was able to saved her because of how diligent they were with us. After the surgery I booked the appointment to have the stitches removed and more medication and they were VERY HELPFUL with the whole process. I am very pleased and will definitely keep them as my primary vet. Thank you very much!

I just want to thank Dr. Harris, Dr. Graf and the entire staff for taking AMAZING care of our beloved, 10-year-old golden retriever, Molly, last week. We couldn't get her into Dr. Graf's office for a regular appointment until later this month but her symptoms escalated so we took her in to an emergency vet. She was diagnosed with a deadly condition and needed surgery right away.

The office we were at quoted an extremely high amount for the surgical procedure. We called Dr. Graf's office, explaining Molly's condition and asking if they could possibly get her in instead. They worked her in same day and charged us LITERALLY HALF of what we were quoted at the emergency vet. We have 4 goldens, three of whom are seniors and one of whom is currently undergoing very expensive specialty vet care - so vet bills can add up quickly at our house. Not only did they take EXCELLENT care of our senior girl, they did it at a very affordable price point which, for some families could be the difference between the animal getting the care or being put down. We would have paid anything to save her but I appreciate the fact that their focus was on saving our baby girl instead of maximizing profit in an emergency situation.

They showed immense compassion for a very sick animal and an extremely concerned family. They communicated well with us throughout the whole procedure and into the next day (since she had to stay overnight). Molly received excellent care and is recovering nicely at home.

People rarely take the time to acknowledge and express gratitude when things go well. I wanted to make sure we did that today because we certainly have a lot to be thankful for.

Molly is an old lady now and we don't know how much time she has left on this earth but we have had this amazing girl since she was 8 weeks old. She is an extraordinarily intelligent, loyal and loving dog and we can't imagine life without her. To say that we love her very much would be an understatement. She DESERVES the best and that is exactly what she got at Dr. Graf's office. Thank you for giving us extra time with our precious golden girl ❤.
