Melissa spoke to the women's chamber about how to recognize and counter-act burn out in your life - little did I know she was going to talk directly to me! Her presentation had me re-examining what I was doing and what it was doing to me, and even though I haven't changed much of my schedule, having awareness is making it possible to short-circuit the stuff that leaves me exhausted. Highly recommended!
Dr. Healy did an amazing job speaking at our Evolution Women's Conference in March to over 180 professionals.
