I cannot say enough about Judy. She is outstanding at her job and really has her clients' best interest at heart. When we bought our first house with her in 2012 we looked at dozens of houses and Judy not only wasn't pushy, she would point out things in the houses that may cause real issues for us that we hadn't noticed. As first time home buyers this was a godsend! She helped us to navigate the buying process and find the home that was perfect for us and was even under budget.

When we found out we were moving out of state this year we immediately called Judy again. And again she blew us away. She helped us get top dollar for our house and kept us apprised of everything that was going on in the selling process. We really felt like she was on side. We were a team doing what it took to get the house sold. She reminded me of deadlines or upcoming appointments for things. We had a great many issues come up in our selling process and I can't say what a relief it was to have Judy working with me. She called regional building and title companies on our behalf and even offered to drive where necessary to pick up construction materials when it looked like a lack of material might cause us to delay closing several weeks. Judy truly is just oustanding. I recommend her to everyone I know. I wish we could clone her because she really is that good.

Judy sold my house for me! She did a spectacular job. The pictures she posted of my house were excellent and we had several showings! She also got asking price and was an excellent negotiator! She is an excellent resource; she spent time helping me prepare my house to get it ready and had many valuable suggestions. She was always available for questions and concerns.
