Rock House Ice Cream Candy and More

Fun place, great ice cream. It was fun watching the kids wave at passing vehicles and the cars would honk, that kind of good, old time American fun!

Super impressed with remodel, and what new ownership did; it was great before, but better now. I met owner, and he's very nice and helpful. His daughter makes all the amazing looking chocolate truffles 😮🤤

Great prices on food, good ice cream, cozy and homey place to hang out. And right next door to the lake at Palmer Lake, great family place all around.

(One of the reviews says the ice cream scoops are smaller, but I completely disagree. Seems like they're the same size to me.)

The remodel looks great, and is so much more open. The addition of chocolates and gift items is amazing. I highly recommend the homemade Bavarian Cream truffle. Everything else I have tried is delicious and reasonably priced. If you cannot find something here, you are not looking. I will definitely be visiting again.

The new owners have done a great job putting their own spin on the place (no small task!). The ice cream is good as always and the chocolate is a delightful addition. Their staff have been helpful and kind on multiple stop-ins - they let you take your time choosing and asking questions. The portion sizes are unchanged and the prices remain reasonable (considering how much food prices have adjusted over the past few years). We'll definitely be back.

The Rock House, as I discovered, is under new ownership. They've remodeled and expanded the business. If you're looking for some wonderful handmade chocolates for a special treat or gift and your near Palmer Lake, CO, then this is the place to go. They also have a nice lunch menu, ice cream and a lovely gift shop. I can't wait to try my new moose themed socks. I wish I'd thought to grab a shot of the chocolate counter. If you don't enjoy this stop then you need to check your priorities.
