I give Bonnie 5 out of 5 stars. She did a great job as my Realtor. Looked a many homes and when finally settled in on the one, she went the extra mile. I appreciate all her help and expertise. We purchased a house from Bonnie Reality in September of last year, moved into the home in October. In December we noticed the sub basement would seep water every time it rained, 5 gallons or so of water every time. This was not in the Disclosure agreement and to make matters worse I was deployed and this was in our kids bedroom. So when I got back in march of this year we went to town on how to get this fixed. After a few estimates in excess of $10,000.00 we finally found the solution. Bonnie COVERED 100% of the bill. We could not be more thankful that the lady who sold us the house 7 months prior paid over 10k to fix the basement. This was unfortunate, but it was taken care of in the end and I will definitely to business with Bonnie Reality again. She is a woman of her word and sold us a beautiful home that we are very happy with. Thank you Bonnie!
