If you were to write down what your perfect contractor experience would look like, with 100% confidence it will be what you will experience with glen and his team. Their customer service is over the top. Prices are awesome and unbeatable!!

  I had the furnace igniter go out at 5:45am this morning. I called OMS at 8am and they sent someone right over. Mike got here about 8:30am, Mike was professional and able to replace the part quickly. What impressed me most was Mike's knowledge and willingness to explain in detail the issue, how my model furnace worked and future things to look out for. The labor and part was reasonably priced. I will contact OMS for future HVAC needs.

  OMS was quick to respond to a furnace problem, getting a tech out in less than 2 hours. All of the work was explained, including a ton of bonus tips on furnace maintenance in general. The price was extremely reasonable.
