  Proprietor always delivers way up the scale to residents in quality of care, interactions, premises, food, and cleanliness/tidyness/neatness. Have repeatedly noticed the quality, caring, high-performance given here to residents.

  My mother passed away almost a year ago but of course memories will never fade. It was such a blessing that she had the care from Country Home Assisted Living for the last 5 years of her life. I would have to say this place extended her life because of people who lived there as well as the help. She had always been a bit shy with too many people around her. This place was perfect since it is a small number of people who reside there. The owner, Linda, is so great with her residence, and her help are so down to earth. always clean and a cozy atmosphere. I recommend this place to those thinking about their mother for future reference.

  This is a fantastic place to care for your loved one. The owner is hands on, caring, and treats the residents as her family. I worked at Country Home for several years until I moved out of state. I have also worked at larger, cold facilities. The larger facilities treat residents like cattle. The aides are over worked with a ratio of residents making it impossible to give that personal care needed to ensure true happiness and a loving environment. The owner at Country Home works around the clock to make sure her residents are taken care of. She is always available for the residents and also their families. The residents feel like family to the caregivers as well. It is a tough decision to place your loved one into a home. I would see family members come in exhausted and scared, not knowing what to expect, but knowing they didn't have the time or ability to give their loved one what they needed. What would occur is that very quickly the resident would adjust, make friends, and develop a routine that felt like they were home. It is home. They were able to be themselves and safe. They had better visits with their family as their families were no longer stressed nor feeling guilt. They saw their loved one happy. I truly believe that the best place for someone who is unable to fully be independent is a place like Country Home. Its not large and clinical/cold, its personal and feels like home. You will always know what is occurring as the owner is always available and happy to listen and convey information. Your loved one will not feel neglected here and will be happy. Its the closest thing possible to family taking care of your loved one. You and your family will feel like part of this extended family. Even to this day, years later, I still think fondly of the bonds there I formed with the residents.

  Country Home is a beautiful place,in the country.I've worked for Linda and she is a very compassionate person who really cares for her residents.It's home away from home and she's a wonderful cook.

  I have known Linda for over 20 years. She is kind, organized and hard working. She starred this business after taking care of her mother in law. She saw a need for better care for our elders. She fills that need and has a beautiful big home to take care of the elderly.
