I had two cats neutered here. The procedure went well, and the staff held my kitties for an extra hour while I made my way back. After one of them started having issues with FIS following the neuter, they allowed me to come in for a walk-in. The vet was super kind, and answered every question I had with care. They only charged me for the medication, and not even the visit in the end.

Excellent customer service and the treatment of my puppy was beyond expectation. Great staff, great location. Only issue is the parking! 10/10

From emergencies to regular visits you always get the same kind, caring, loving, empathetic, informative care for your pets. We have taken our ferrets, cat, and dog to Lisa. She’s the best

The staff is incredible. They fit my sick dog in even though they were extremely busy. Dr. Eskridge (Lisa) is extremely kind and professional. She listened to my concerns, she was so empathetic regarding my feelings for my dog. Every time I've taken one of my animals in, the entire staff is respectful and professional.

Fun and friendly place. Lucky never met a REAL LIVE CAT before. But the house cat never met a dog she didn't love. The Dr. Was very informative and friendly. Everyone was great. Lucky had a blast!!!
