  The staff is very courteous and well spoken. Rooms are great and the pool is well maintained and the place is pet friendly for those of us travelling with our pets. This is also a great location close to all major eats and its easy to get onto highways. Will stay again.

  Friendly people run the hotel at a very good price. They don't overcharge for pets and it's a safe feeling hotel. It's certainly basic but that's all you need most of the time. They would benefit from upgrading their soaps/shampoos in the bathroom as well as a good deep cleaning of the floor near the door and bathroom. The rest of the room feels clean but the area near the entrance of the room could use a good steam cleaning.

  Was a very pleasant stay. The hotel isn't anything too impressive (it's little Canon City tho) but the man at the front desk is over the top accommodating! He went out of his way to make sure our stay was a good one. He even kept the pool open an extra hour to allow my girls to swim with our arrival time being so close to the pool closing time. Clean rooms with plenty of extras like shampoo/conditioner, body wash and soap. Smart tv's in the room so if you have a membership to Netflix or any of the other paid services, you're able to sign right in and utilize it!

  The staff is very friendly,  David at the front desk was really helpful and provides excellent customer service!  While the hotel itself is a bit outdated the pool and spa were quite nice.  At checkout the kind lady at the front desk even gave me a clipping of a plant i had asked about.  All in all it was a pleasant visit and would definitely stay again.
