My O2 concentrater showed a red light for a week. A week ago I replaced the CPAP hose and left the end-of-hose cap on the hose so I blocked the delivery of air from concentrater to CPAP machine. My bad. Henry diagnosed the issue very quickly and serviced the concentrater and the connection to the CPAP. He saved me from myself. Thanks Henry!. An excellent job of servicing a problem.
