Big Burger World

Ate here multiple times....I'm a truck driver. If I'm doing a delivery in Canon city....I'm eating at Big Burger World. This place has huge burgers.... grilled toppings . Prepare to wait at lunch time.... everyone knows how great there food is . Just stopped again 4/29/22 .....still the best burger in Colorado.

We came here as a family of 7 for the first time about 2 months ago, and the food was excellent between all of our orders we pretty much got to try the whole menu and absolutely LOVED it. The burgers are probably the best in this part of Colorado, the fries are crisp and salty, the chicken nuggets are amazing, and their shakes are to die for. I had them for the second time today and it was the exact same experience, amazing food, good customer service, fast service, cheap eats, and an amazing environment. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area or even outside the area. The restaurant alone is worth the trip.

Finding a good burger can be hard. This place is a goldmine of flavor. I was super impressed with the burger. The price was more than fair for what you get. No skimping on toppings here. Most bacon burgers have two slices of bacon if you're lucky, not here! It was bacon overload, in a good way! The deep fried pickles were amazing. I live two hours away but think I'll be making the trip just for the food. Also, the service was great, friendly, fast, and efficient staff. Bravo guys!!

We were in Canon City while my wife helped open up the new Natural Grocers in town. Stopped by Big Burger World, and I'm thankful I did.

While I waited for my order, I visited with Abe and he said he comes here every day they're open for lunch. That's always Tuesdays through Saturdays by the way. Closed Sundays and Monday. The big burger is wide enough to hold a dollar bill laying flat on top of the bun. I ordered the small burger, which is what you want to do, if you don't have a big appetite.

Here's why these hamburgers are the best in Colorado: grass-fed beef out of a small packer in Salida Colorado, fresh green leaf lettuce, fresh and deep red tomatoes, purple onion, and pickle. You can make it any way you want. The beef is never frozen, and put on the grill only after you order it. You can eat at picnic tables or in your car. However you eat your burger, do your best to eat there when the hamburger is just off the grill and hot. Best of all, my lunch - burger/small fry/Coke - was $10.

My wife and I are picky about where we eat, which means we don't eat out very much. However, if I lived in Canon City, I would definitely stop by here a couple of times a week. Don't pass Big Burger World without stopping.

Big Burger World is my family go-to when supporting local business. Our order is correct 100% of the time, the staff is very personable, and food is delicious. Their Big burgers are a family favorite as well as their cheese curds and flavorful shakes!
