Country Green Apartments

I absolutely love it here! The front desk ladies are just amazing! Friendly and helpful as well as problem solvers lol. Our amazing maintenance men! They are truly exceptional people and on point with any and all your maintenance needs! Prompt as well as polite I might add! Our grounds are beautifully kept and the swimming pool and hot tub may need a little work it is an amazing place to spend the afternoon or evening! A nice cool swim in a heated indoor pool or a warm up with the jacuzzi! The sauna is also quite relaxing. Yup I'd say it's pretty great! Walmart across the street you don't even have to drive for groceries lol.

Stan and the maintenance guys are wonderful. Our window AC went out, and they immediately ordered us a new one and in the meantime gave us a portable ac unit to use while we waited for our new one to come in. Once arrived, install took 20 minutes if that. Always super pleased with Stan and the other employees here at the Country Green Apartments.

I've been a resident about 4-5 months. I was initially pretty skeptical, having had poor experiences with commercially managed apartments in the past. I was also renting site-unseen as I lived quite a ways away. There was some expected bureaucracy with the paperwork and application and fees, however the staff was excellent in their communications and walking me through the process remotely.

This is an older complex it seems, and yes the buildings show some wear and tear and units aren't shiny and new. However, they are clean and solid and there is clearly care taken before move-in to the best of their ability. The office staff is incredibly nice, happy to answer questions, and very conversational. The maintenance team is A+. From clearing snow to answering service requests, they are super fast and efficient. There is care that goes into repainting the buildings, maintaining the grounds, and the office frequently has community events. The location is quieter than expected as well, surrounded by pretty fields and a neighborhood off the main street.

Sure, it's a little older and some of the neighbors a bit loud sometimes, and yeah there are utility fees. But, it's a good place with good people. Do recommend.

The Maintenance Team at this apartment complex is very good. When I had a flooding issue they were there very quickly and took preventive measures to make sure my carpet did not get wet. I appreciated how thoughtful they were during the whole process.
They had our hot water back on the following morning like it never happened. Very polite and professional crew. Thank you Maintenance Crew for solving my issues with awesome effort.
