  When I realized they are cheaper than regular grocery stores, I felt silly, then grateful. They made me feel welcome when I went a few minutes past close.

  Best place to get vitamin supplements...prices change often...meaning supplements go on sale...I've been taking supplements for 35 years and I eat good & exercise...take supplements...drink aloe...my bad cholesterol was 108..my good cholesterol was 81....BP 124/64...my dad had arthriitis..and diabetic...mom high BP and smoked...i quit smoking 4 years ago.....great fruit & veggies...alot packed in to this store....pet food...some bulk items...this has changed names from Vitamin cottage to Natural grocers years ago.....been going here about 30 years....you can change how you eat..exercise..sleep...when you're in the grave it's too late...there's always things you can do to increase good health...they have small bottles of supplements to spend less money and try out...they also have a nutritionist to help you find supplements and people working there for many years who are also experienced in helping you find products...this is my personal journey and experience.

  Well-informed staff, friendly, all organic produce, well-vetted lines of goods and brands, very helpful, many-faceted books on health, diet, and special aspects and viewpoints. Eclectic and special items often hard or impossible to find anywhere else. Great for cutting edge off-the-processed-food-grid items and choices. My go-to place for my dietary and health needs.   Fresh food and a great selection on vitamins. There is always someone around to help. There are different classes to help one feel better.

  I love going to natural grocers! It reminds me of the small coffee-shop/ natural food stores I used to go to as a kid but they have a great selection. Highly recommended if you like to eat food.
