  A great place for used books! Books are organized well, though the store may not feel like it since nearly every inch of available space is filled with books and other forms of media. This is a really good place to pick up tabletop gaming books, as well as fill any holes in your book collection. In general, the books are relatively clean and free of damage. Prices are usually marked with a sticker, but expect about 30% of what you pick up to be unmarked. You can always ask about unmarked books. The prices vary widely, and there's no rule of thumb about how much something costs. They're unlikely to have exactly the book you're looking for, but they usually have something just as good!

  I would live in there if they would let me, but that's how much I love Black and Read; there's so many gems to be found here for your inner kid to flashback angsty rebellion that made you unique or lead to discovering yourself... Or geek out on awesome stuff like I normally do.

  One of the best well known secrets in the Denver metro area. Amazing collections of used and new music, books, board games, videos (DVD, VHS, even laser disk), and role-playing material. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Can't go wrong here.

  Great little store to explore for your next read or listen. Laid back staff let you shop around without talking to you. Great selection of cookbooks and history books. They can't search their book inventory so if you're looking for something specific you've got to check the shelves yourself--which is more fun anyway.
