(May 15, 2018, 9:42 am)We were referred to Jeff by our neighbor whose home he also sold. We have worked with several other realtors in the past, and Jeff was by far the best. We had a difficult situation with our renters who were still living in the house, and Jeff was thoughtful and patient as he helped walk us through the listing, showings, and the closing. His accurate pricing and contact with other realtors helped get our home sold quickly at a fantastic price. We will use Jeff for all our future real estate needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him and his team to anyone who asks!

Not only did he help get us in our house in like 3 weeks but he did it while understanding the stress that goes along with a relocation!!! Moving is hard!! Jeff was very patient and understanding! If you want a realtor that is going to work for YOU and your family, then Jeff is the realtor for you in CO!!! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about him!! Professionalism at its best!

(May 3, 2018, 5:12 pm)We met Jeff at the Under Armour Baseball Camp the summer of 2018. Jeff was taking the time to learn about all the kids and where they were from, ie Denver, Colorado, Arizona, Alaska. When Jeff got to us, we told him that we were from the east side of the Denver Metro Area but we were hoping to move closer to the foothills. Jeff asked if we were using a realtor and I explained we had been in the process for over a year and just ended our contract with realtor number four. Jeff was amazed and asked what was wrong. I explained that we have several needs that had to be met, the biggest is that we could have our four Labrador Retrievers and be well clear of both the Rocky Mountain Arsenal and Rocky Flats. On day two of the camp, Jeff had already made numerous phone calls to different cities and counties on dog limitations and had a preliminary housing area set up for us to consider. We signed on with Jeff immediately. In the last year, none of our previous realtors had even attempted to go to that length of research. Jeff was at our house the following week and began the process of staging and taking professional photos for the listing. Jeff put our house on the market on a Thursday and we had a full price offer on Friday. We were still far from finding a new house to move into but Jeff stuck it out for the long haul. Jeff checked off every box we had marked and added some additional ones of his own for the new house. Thanks to Jeff we are in our beautiful forever home and it is more then we could ever have imagined. We have already referred Jeff to friends and would hands down use him again. Thank you Jeff!!!!
