Fit Body Boot Camp

I just started working out here, and I had no idea I'd enjoy it as much as I do! It's such a tight-knit local community - I didn't realize how much I needed this, but it's made all the difference. The workouts are fast (30 minutes) so I can actually fit them into my schedule. In just a couple weeks I already feel stronger and more fit. Thanks awesome coaches and FBBC family!

Love , love the workouts, coach Rosie full of enthusiasm and keeps you going strong ! The groups are great people . I drive quite a ways to get there probably even pass quite a few work out facilities , three times a week. Worth my drive . I Hate to miss!

FBBC is the best decision I've made for myself in a long time! I haven't worked out consistently for a few years, and was feeling pretty awful. I had tried going to another gym myself, only to feel intimidated by all the new, fancy equipment. The coaches at FBBC are supportive and push you to do your best! The workouts are always different and highly effective. If you're looking for a place where everyone is welcoming, motivating, and truly don't judge you for where you're at, this is the place for you!
