  Shawntel is the best realtor in Colorado. I bought two homes from her and was never disappointed. I am very unreasonable at times, but she fought to get everything I wanted and found my dream homes. She is very dedicated to her clients and advocated for
  me, which I highly respect. I work in probate litigation, so I share the same passion for my clients. She made such a great impression on me that I now refer my clients to her. She never disappoints. My client was very distraught after losing the closest person to him. Shawntel staged his home without any add ons and sold his home for $40k more than asking price. I trust her and she never disappoints.

  A Wonderful Guide in a Crazy Market
  
  This market sure was a wild one! All the homes I was interested in were selling 100k+ over asking! Shawntel was able to help me out and when I found the home I was looking for, she was able to write up an aggressive offer that I was still comfortable with. Not only did we get the home, but it even appraised higher than the purchase price! Shawntel was available for us night and day, all days of the week and that kind of flexibility is priceless. She would consistently reach out to whomever so that our closing time line was right on schedule. And to top it off we were able to get under contract to sell my former house! She's been an absolute rockstar and we'll be going with her again when the time comes!

  Shawntel is amazing! I saw a house listed 3 days before Christmas and she came out to show me right away and we were in our new home almost a month later.   We are building a new home in Wheat Ridge, CO. Shawntel has been there for us EVERY step of the way. She has guided us and been so patient with us even when we were a bit stressed.
