  I have only great things to say about the owner and employees in old town Arvada. The owner custom made my wedding ring in a very short amount of time. It was absolutely beautiful. 3 weeks after my wedding it was stolen, broke my heart and the owner jumped back in and helped us find everything we needed at a great price again and custom made a new ring again. Much respect and would highly recommend. This will be our jeweler forever! Thank you Marion!

  Stunning craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and the only place I will bring my family heirloom jewelry. Marion assisted me from the second I walked through the door, he calmed my anxiety and nerves about resizing and adjusting family jewelry, and answered my many many (many) questions. I talked to Lexie on the phone when I first called in, and she was present when I came into the store as well. These are authentic people, with an incredible amount of knowledge, and a great sense of humor to boot. I highly recommend!

  My brother made me a bracelet when we were kids but made it too big, so I've been wearing it as an anklet ever since. However, he originally made it with fishing wire, so I wanted to get it on a chain (see picture) so I could ensure that the almost 20yo old wire wouldn't break before my wedding (I'm wearing it as my "something blue"). They did it for me for a small cost and even kept the beads in the same order. At the same time, they fixed a broken clasp on a bracelet and polished and cleaned my engagement ring - both at no cost. Super friendly and helpful staff. My fiance and I will definitely be going back for all of our jewelry needs!

  Marrion is awesome. A google search for watch batteries didn't bring up Jewelfire, but I took a chance & walked in one day. While changing my watch battery, he told me that the battery chain store who had previously done it had put in the wrong size, causing it to short. My lesson: go to a pro like him for much better service and the same price.
