They ran my car through extensive testing, and when they figured out my problem was covered under a Ford recall, they recommended we go there and get the work done instead of spening a thousand dollars. They didn’t even charge me the $99 diagnostic fee. These guys do business the old fashioned way. Kindness and honesty keeps customers coming back

(October 12, 2018, 3:07 am)D Dzajic and staff are extremely customer service oriented and accommodating. I called the evening before I planned to go in and get new tires to make sure the tires I needed would be there in the morning so I could get them put on my car same day. I was assured that I would have the appropriate tires waiting upon opening next day and I would get said tires put on my car upon arrival. I rearranged my entire schedule to arrive at the agreed upon time to be told I was given incorrect information and would have to come back the next day. I would not be able to come back for at least a week as I travel frequently and would be gone during business hours while having to drive on unsafe, worn tires. After explaining the situation, D went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of the same afternoon. D turned an extremely frustrating situation into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

(July 3, 2018, 12:45 pm)I've always had a great experience with these guys. They have quick turn around on my car and always compensate when it has an issue after they work on it. Recently, I went in for an oil change and worked on my masters thesis while the car was being worked on. At the end, D gave me a free oil change and wished me luck on my school work. You are awesome!
