  Busy the night we came, but if you use the app and check in before you go, it really helps with the wait time. My girls (9 and 6) get their haircuts at Great Clips. I like how they keep info in their file so that no matter which Great Clips we visit, they have their history and what we like on record.

  UPDATE: Since the incident below I have returned several times. Great haircut, and great service every time I've visited.
  
  I've had a good experience here 4/5 times but all it takes is one bad haircut to ruin your experience. I asked my barber to take the top down to 2.5 inches and the she took it down to an inch. I don't know what doesn't make sense about 2.5 inches but she missed the mark by an inch and a half. Very disappointing.

  Hannah is our stylist almost every visit and she always does a stellar job. If I have a special request, she is more than happy to make it happen. My kids' best haircuts have come from here.

  Definitely one of the best haircuts I've had in years. Really short wait time was a pleasant surprise and my stylist was fantastic. Asked lots of questions about what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions when I wasn't sure, and really did her best to make me feel welcome.

  This Great Clips is a neighborhood favorite. Always busy. The stylists are great. They listen, are not afraid to offer their opinions. I rock a new hair style that I received from Kelsey. As long as she is at this location, I will keep coming back to get my hair cut.
