Their special is always unique and delicious and their Wednesday through Friday smoked barbecue makes this place hard to pass up! Be weary however, it's so good that a long line can form with a bit of a wait. The staff always steps up to serve everyone as efficiently as possible so they deserve all the business! The outdoor seating at the terminal is my favorite around. You can watch planes taxi and take off all while enjoying a wonderful meal. The kind wait staff is also willing to bring your basket out to you and they always make sure you have everything you need and you are satisfied with your order! I hope I can continue to come back and enjoy Blue Sky Bistro for a long time to come!

(May 18, 2018, 3:26 pm)Honestly just the neatest place to duck in and enjoy good food, super friendly service, and breathtaking views. Met a dear friend here for lunch and enjoyed the incredible pulled pork on the patio and watched small planes and helicopters taking training flights with the mountains as a backdrop.
Bring the family and have a good meal with built in entertainment that will keep your kids amazed! -
