(November 16, 2018, 2:14 pm)This is a great doctor's office. I have been going to Conifer Medical Center for about 8 years. I'm so comfortable and confident with the team that helps me, that since I moved down the hill 5 years ago I have not tried to find another office that would be within a more reasonable driving distance. PAs Angela Hoeft and Jamie Kenney are wonderfully compassionate, empathetic, and always ready to help. I cannot say enough good things about them. My favorite assistants Kai and Marissa have always made me feel relaxed when nervous and are very personable and welcoming. Dr. Matthews is very knowledgeable and when I have seen him I felt confident in my diagnosis and what to do next.
All that being said... I am not, however, terribly fond of Dr Lynn (who damaged my ear canal when doing a simple ear wax removal, told me the pain was normal then rushed out), Dr Webber (who told me I had a serious illness but gave me no information on it and left), or Dr Sarche (who I only saw once in a last minute appointment where he didn't even try to help me but convinced me that I needed to go to the ER, resulting in an unnecessary $1500 medical bill I couldn't pay).
Overall I am happy with the service they provide. -
