  Wisser is fantastic. Office staff not so much. On May 10th I made an appt for a blood draw for my urologists followup appt on 5-21 after prostate surgery. On 5-10 when I made the appt, I was asked if I had an order. I said yes, I will bring it in when I come for the appointment. I was told that I needed to bring it in beforehand. So, I hand delivered it to the office that day. On 5-20 ,late pm, I was called by New West stating that they needed an order for my Blood draw. I told them that I had already taken it in and left it there.
  I went for the appt the next am and took another copy of the order. When I asked the phlebotomist if they found my order, she rudely said yes. I explained that the reason I asked was because of the call I had the previous afternoon. Again, she rudely said "I didn't call!"
  She then said" Roll up your sleeve", without asking where I wanted the needle, whether or not I had any issues. Bedside manner was horrible! I was concerned about the document filing process that allowed my order to be lost, and also the rudeness of the tech!
  She was technically competent but about as friendly as a porcupine. Given a choice, I will go to another lab for blood draws in the future.

  Had a health concern, was able to get seen the same day by NP, was thoroughly assessed and treated appropriately. The practice and caregivers are responsive, listen well and took their time, despite the short notice of my appointment.

  I have been going to New West Physicians for 5 yrs now. The staff is always friendly and they always make me feel welcome. I never have to wait long at all. The Dr's and Nurse Practitioners are all GREAT! I have seen all of them. My primary care physician is Dr. Donati. She is fantastic. My husband and two of my kids also go to this office. We are all happy with the care we recieve.

  I get great care with this practice. Complete coverage and specialists within the practice have meant even needing to see another doctor has been a fairly quick shift. I trust them so much I drive 4+ hours to see them!!

  Love Dr. Donati. Very attentive, took her time with me, professional yet warm. But very rarely have I had a great experience with the front receptionist. Always someone different and not usually a very friendly greeting. I understand they are probably overworked and stressed but it's their job to make the patient feel as if they are the most important person in their day.
