    We have chosen to host our company Christmas party at the Bistro for the past 2 years. Our experience had been nothing short of wonderful. The facility has always been beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff has been wonderful to work with. Thank you Allison for always making our event incredible! Colorado Realty Pros

    Local rustic charm with great happy hour specials. Solid menu on Continental fair expected from a French bistro. Very good wine selection and excellent service. Meet your friend for a drink and an appetizer, I highly recommend the mussels, or have a romantic date night.

    Came here for a good friends birthday. Other than being a little cold the atmosphere was amazing. Old style rustic feel with a fireplace piano and wood furniture. George was our waiter and he was amazing. He went above and beyond for the birthday girl and our party to make it a night to remember. Quality drink choices. Every one of our dishes was cooked to perfection. One of the best restaurants of the foothills.

    I grew up in Evergreen and the Bistro wasn't consistently great. Went last night to celebrate my new job and everything was perfect. Great food, great martini, great wine, awesome waitress. It's also a nice change up to dining in Urban settings.
