Great experience with Josh. His easygoing manner belies his impressive understanding of PT. After a couple of very basic bio-mechanical tests, he made a quick and accurate assessment of my chronic knee pain being related to quadricep & hip tightness. After only a few days of three twice-a-day stretches he prescribed, my knee pain is nearly gone and I suspect will be entirely gone within a week. This after 3+ months of nagging knee pain. One and done. That's getting my money's worth!
