Back in the day, business was done on a hand shake or simply 2 neighbors thinking they had a deal because someone signed an agreement on a napkin! Sometimes the napkin never got recorded!!! Or a good intention led to an illegal division of land! Land Title is a great title company that works with buyers and sellers. They research historical records and try their very best to problem solve & prevent last minute deal breaking issues. Truly a wonderful group to work with.
