Where to even begin? 5 stars simply isn't enough. Our experience with Shad Phillips as an Evergreen Co Realtor was nothing less than perfection from the initial introduction call to signing on the dotted line (and extending even beyond to follow up checks). As trite as it may sound, Shad went above and beyond. We’ve got excellent realtor karma and have always been pleased with our realty experiences in the past. However, Shad put all that to absolute shame, leaving previous experiences in the dust. He met needs we didn’t even know we had. He always showed up with a giant smile, positive, warm energy and was armed with excellent and poignant questions. We looked forward to seeing him each and every time... what a fantastic human! Super Shad (our affectionate nickname for him) is a bright light that made the stress of a new build (and all the unexpected things that come with that) seem painless and easy. In addition, it has been so helpful to have a mountain living expert guide us through the transition from urban living. Shad been the support we didn’t even realize we needed. We cannot express our gratitude enough, and consider ourselves exceptionally lucky that we found him.

We had a wonderful experience with Shad! We first heard about him by researching websites on Evergreen/Conifer. He started us with a two day tour of houses we were interested in and gave us lots of insight about the various locations (internet, schools, parks, snow concerns, etc.). It took about 6 months working with Shad to find a house in our budget in an incredibly challenging market. Whether he was giving us pep talks to calm our anxieties or soothing frustrations about being out bid, Shad remained patient and confident the entire time. We are so happy with the house Shad found for us and would definitely recommend him!

Shad is the kind of realtor that warrants a six-star rating. During our nine-month home search as an out-of-state buyer from Minnesota, Shad was always quick to respond (no matter the time of day) and always went the extra mile, from video tours of homes to even deploying a decibel meter throughout Evergreen to determine traffic noise levels at locations of interest...in January, no less. His knowledge of the Evergreen market is unrivaled and his negotiating skills strong, landing us our beautiful home in North Evergreen. It was quite a journey, and we're grateful to have had Shad with us every step of the way!

We had the pleasure of working with Shad and his wife Claudine to purchase a home in Evergreen, CO in May 2022.
