If you happen to belong to the latter, vegetative group, you'll find yourself amazed at how much you enjoy the people and practice of attending 5280 Crossfit. The easing into, constant encouragement, group support, move-at-your-own-pace attitude make it the kind of place you'll want to call "home".

I started with the 6 week challenge in January, completely new to CrossFit, and lost 7% body fat following their workout and nutrition program. I have continued to get stronger and healthier, with the coaches encouragement and support. If you really want to get fit and healthy, this is the place!

No matter your fitness level you are welcome here- every age and body type are at this gym. NO judgement! Hard work but well worth it. This place changed my life! I was a weak overweight 50something .I am well on my way to strength, confidence, and power. Do yourself a favor and get to this gym! See you there

(November 13, 2018, 5:08 pm)I was very skeptical about CrossFit (in general) before starting at 5280 but the coaches and community here are amazing. All of the coaches are very thorough with movement instruction and are invested in individual improvement and proper technique. The community is very supportive and it makes working out something I actually look forward to!! I highly recommend this gym - It's one of the best decisions I've made.

(November 13, 2018, 1:59 pm)AMAZING gym. I have been a member since January 2018 and I love this place. The coaches truly know you and you never feel awkward if you have to modify a workout. I've seen other gyms where it seems like everyone else is a CrossFit champion and 5280 is a lovely balance, where you can be a first-timer or someone who has been doing CrossFit for years. The coaches are also so focused on making sure you properly stretch before each workout and they spend half the class going over each movement in detail and making sure your form is correct, which I absolutely love. I have gained so much muscle and I am .5% away from being under 20% body fat thanks to them! I love this gym and if I ever move away, I'll still find a way to show up here!
