  There was a gentleman who volunteers each week to keep up the chapel climbed with us and was very nice. The top of the hill was beautiful. Agree with a prior review to watch out for snakes, we saw a very large one cross the parking lot and another volunteer was kind enough to point it out to us (I thought it was a tire tread at first). It was neat to see some of the artifacts they had in the little museum and learn about the history behind the water fountain.

  AWESOME VIEWS AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE, beautiful garden, lovely chapel a heart warming experience.

  I have been here several times over the years for school trips and with friends and family visiting the area. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very nice. The scenery is amazing with an interesting history.

  We went to veiw the sunrise, wow, got some great pics. We lit a candle in the chappel, and strolled through the grounds, the beauty and spirituality of the shrine at dawn is quite an experience. Living in Colorado provides so many opportunities to enjoy the majestic beauty of our Rockies.
