(February 11, 2019, 12:50 pm)They have improved their staff and processes over the past few years since they opened. I believe the doctors, nurses, and assistants care and provide professional service. The new front desk employees are also more helpful and friendly than the previous employees.

(November 30, 2018, 4:01 pm)I became a patient at this family practice the month they opened - over 5 years ago. The doctors are always on time. I have not had a negative experience with a single staff member. They seem to always go above and beyond to take care of their patient's needs.
The family practice bills just as any ordinary practice would. There is a SEPERATE Urgent Care and ER BUILDING BEHIND the CHPG Family Practice that bills as an Urgent Care FIRST and then as an ER if you should require higher level emergent services.
