Dr. Alyssa is skilled and her emphasis on moms and babies assures me she knows what she is doing. I regularly saw her throughout my pregnancy and my visits ensured a more comfortable third trimester and easier delivery. She is warm, welcoming, and a good listener. I always feel better after leaving her office.
I started going to see Ashley last year after experiencing upper back/neck pain for over a year. I am so happy with her adjustments, and feel great! She is great at explaining exactly what she is doing, and I leave feeling refreshed. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking!!
I have been with Rise for six months. I went into the office for several reasons. I had body aches and stress that was settling into different parts of my body. I had been through a personal trauma and the timing was necessary.

Ashley has been so amazing! I started seeing her about four months after my child was born and I really wish I had known about her while I was pregnant!! The night after my first adjustment I starting sleeping better with less back and hip pain (which had been waking me up multiple times at night). I also really appreciate that she answers all my questions about babywearing, and even helped my husband get the right fit with our baby carrier. I can't recommend her enough!
I have been taking my 18-month-old daugher to see Ashley at Rise Chiropractic for the past few weeks after we realized the reason my daughter wasn't walking yet was because it seemed like her hips/pelvis didn't seem to be aligned properly. Ashley did an assessment to help us understand what she was seeing and how it could be corrected. Within 3 weeks of starting to see Ashley, my daughter started walking! She is so much more stable and her gait is much more normal! Plus, she loves going to see Dr. Ashley because she can play while she gets her gentle adjustments! Highly recommend!!!
