I had a great experience with the laser hair removal service here. The technician was thorough and went over the area twice. She was very professional and walked me through what's next step-by-step to make me feel comfortable. The place was easy to park and cozy.

The only downside is making appointment is not straight forward. It's not clear which number to call/text. And multiple times, they got it wrong.

I signed up for an appointment online and emailed to follow up since I saw the reviews stating no one showed up.
They didn't see my name on the schedule but were able to fit me in on the same day regardless. The tech had to bump me a few hours because of her medical appointment but that's life and I'm grateful she texted me beforehand to let me know.
She was nice, treatment was good and they have great deals on skin care as well.
I will return bc the price is low.
