My apologies for the delay in writing this review regarding your staff. Firstly, back in December when we had that big storm, one of your maintenance staff helped my mother shovel out her car and I am very grateful and appreciative for their taking the time to help her outside of their normal duties.

Also, the beginning of January I went into the office to talk about the financial situation I just found myself. Charity was there to meet me and brought me back to her office, while introducing herself as the property manager. I explained that I had just come from getting my car inspected per the yearly requirements of driving for ride share. I had failed the test, specifically my front tires and rear brakes. Both of which are not inexpensive, obviously.

She asked where I had gone and I mentioned the well known chain. She then asked if it was the one on “….” ? And it was. She immediately told me to get a second opinion if not a third. She was given a failure at the same location, then took her car to her family member that’s a master mechanic that found nothing at all wrong.

I was able to get another inspection the next morning which I passed. For the record, my tires were 4 months old and the rear brakes weren’t making a single squeak. I was driving again by lunch that day.

Charity’s personal experience saved one of her residents quite a bit of money and not to mention the stress. She is compassionate, invested and knowledgeable in all the right ways. Just the kind of property manager you would want. And sets a fantastic example of going beyond what people need to live happily in a community like this one.

Every person, including Martha and Pricilla have been friendly, kind and professional. We are both very grateful!

I have lived in this complex for a little over a year and love it here. Our maintenance team is fantastic! If there has been any need for maintenance, it is taken care of within hours of putting in the request and if not, it is the next day. Everyone has been super friendly and easy to talk to. The only problems are with the parking situation and when someone does park in your spot and you call the towing company, they would give every excuse possible to not actually come tow someone even if they were a multiple warning vehicle parked in your spot! I would have to park a couple of streets over if it was Friday, Saturday, Sunday and walk the streets by myself at 4am because nothing would be done about the person in my spot. There are signs posted that our complex is assigned parking and unauthorized vehicles will be towed which should have been plenty of warning, but the tow company never would actually tow them until at least 12-24 hours warning. I purchased a garage so now I do not have this issue. Overall, I have absolutely loved living here and have no plans to leave. Our new property manager is super friendly and once again, our maintenance staff is absolutely the best! Abraham has been so super nice ever since we moved in and will talk to us every time he sees us out and about on the property and makes sure we are taken care of! I have never in my life had such a nice maintenance team and I’m so thankful for them especially right now (our third floor neighbor flooded our apartment) and all their help in moving the process along (the issue requires an outsourced company which has made things slower and is out of our team’s control but they have still gone above and beyond for us).

I have been living here for 3 months and absolutely love it! Martha helped me with my move in and was extremely helpful to someone new to Colorado! Maintenance is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to live!

We recently moved in at the end of September and our time here has been nothing short of wonderful! Martha is amazing and helped me along the entire move in process and made it as easy for us as possible. We have had a few maintenance things come up and without fail, Abraham and Joe are here within the day to help us with our needs. Our washer just recently went out, they came the same day to tell us they’d replace it and the very next day, it is being installed! Less than 24 hours without laundry, and had even offered a vacant unit for our laundry needs if we had needed it. So far, living here has been an extreme upgrade!
