Brookdale Meridian Westland

This place has great caring employees. The folks i know who live here enjoy it. There is always a very full & diverse schedule should folks want to participate. They host outings to different places like restaurants & events. They have entertainment (folks come in to sing it play instruments) & they have a group made up entirely of residents. They have movies, art classes, bible studies, games & a myriad of other things. And although they have a diverse menu, the folks I've spoken with are not that excited about the food.

Pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside. Outstanding staff and countless activities of all types available every day.. Apartments are nice size was good storage..

After I missed our scheduled appointment and had to reschedule the staff could not have been more wonderful. Jamie spend over and hour with us touring the facility and answering all of our questions. She agreed to let us set up two more visits with our Dad to make sure we had all the necessary information. We spoke to a resident in the parking lot prior to entering and he had only great things to say about the facility. If I was older I would move in at a moments notice!

I have met with Jamie three times. She is very professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She took all the time I needed to show me around and answer my questions. I never felt rushed. She even referred me to professionals in the area that are helping me with other issues. The facility is beautiful. I can't wait to move my sister into Meridian Westland.
